Wrington Brioche Pumpkin Workshop Tuesday November 12th 7-9 pm

Come and learn to Bark and Burp! No I'm not being crude. Bark and Burp are two techniques in Brioche knitting . Brioche Knit is abbreviated to BRK ( called BARK by knitters) . Brioche Purl is abbreviated to BRP ( called BURP by knitters)

This will be a very straightforward forward relaxed workshop . All brioche really comprises of us K2tog, P2tog and yarn overs in a 4 row repeat. It creates a squishy reversible fabric

We will be making a small rectangle of 2 colours and sewing up to make a pumpkin as in the main photo. The other photos are just to show you how complex and ornate brioche can be ! But don't panic! We won't be doing anything except a small. Striped rectangle .

Please bring your 4mm circular needle if any length cable from 40cm upwards. All yarns provided .
