Children’s learn to knit workshop Monday April 3rd 2-4pm

A 2 hour workshop at Middlecombe nursery, Wrington in the Cuppa Coffee cafe . All children must be accompanied by an adult . Monday April 3rd 2-4pm.
This workshop is for adults and children to learn to knit together . The cost of the ticket is for 1 adult + 1 child ( an extra £6 for 1 extra child) . The adults will be able to borrow full size needles and the children will have small child size needles. The children will be able to take their knitting needles home and a 10g ball of yarn of their choice . If the younger children find the needles too tricky I will teach them to finger knit instead to get the hang of an easier style of knitting . By the end of the class children will have the skills to make a scarf for their teddy bear or dolls, or a bookmark. As always my classes are relaxed and laid back while focusing on fun while learning this ancestral craft. The cafe does a selection of children and adult lunches so the option to have lunch before the class might tempt you! Please note the cafe stops serving at 3.30 pm.
