Axbridge learn to crochet Wednesday May 1st 7-9pm
Welcome to the wonderful world of crochet! At my workshops you will receive expert tuition and even out of class help and advice. My classes are very laid back, warm, fun and friendly and we always have a giggle too!
We will start by learning how to hold our hook and yarn before moving on to learn the main stitches. By the time you leave, you will have mastered many techniques to start you on your crochet journey. All hooks and yarn are available to borrow in class, and you can take your piece of work home with you. You will receive the instructions and video tutorials by email straight after the class.
A week later you will have the chance to book the follow on workshop, the very popular “How to make a granny square “ then possibly move on to Amigurumi ( making animal friends)
Once you become a student of mine , you can join my small private Facebook group exclusively for my students. Here I share free beginner patterns and hints and tips. It’s also a place where students can show their work and ask questions. I am always happy to give free advice outside class via email and a lot of my students message me throughout the week with queries and to show me their practise pieces. I actively encourage out of class communication!
I keep my classes small (6 max) to ensure every student receives enough individual attention. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. I hope you can join us.
